Shipping policy

After your order is placed:
Congratulations you are one step closer to living in luxury!
After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to process. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a shipment email specifying your carrier and tracking number.
If you can not find these emails in your inbox please check your promotion and spam folder. For any additional questions about the status of your shipment please contact USPS or UPS with the provided tracking number.

Signature requirements:
All packages over $150 require a signature upon delivery.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present to accept your delivery. If no one is available you can reschedule the delivery with the shipping company or you can collect it from the depot. The shipping carrier will attempt 3 deliveries before returning the package to "Sukari Lyema LLC". In the case that the package is returned to us you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Any refunds made will be minus the delivery, return cost, and restocking fee.

International deliveries:
It is the customer's obligation to cover any ongoing customs or tax cost should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. Please do not refuse deliveries. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery, plus the return cost, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Any refund made will be minus the delivery, return cost, and restocking fee in the case of refused deliveries.

Made to order:
Made to order products have a 3 weeks production time in addition to our 1-3 day fulfillment time before being shipped. In the case that the materials are on back order production time will be increased and you will be notified of this change.

Disclaimer:
All orders are final sales. USPS/ UPS and "Sukari Lyema LLC" are two separate entities, any shipping delays that may occur once the package is shipped is out of our control. "Sukari Lyema LLC" can not be held responsible for lost packages or delayed deliveries. To avoid any mishaps all of our packages and insured and signatures are required for packages over $150.
