Returns and exchanges

All sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@sukarilyema.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty

All handbags purchased from our website include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of damage please email info@sukarilyem.com . This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or mishandling.Bags will be repaired or replaced based upon materials available and at the discretion of Sukari Lyema LLC. Handbags that can not be repaired will be replaced with items of a similar design or value (Sukari Lyema LLC determines the value). All replacements will be subject to a trade-in of the original handbag; the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. No additional charges will be incurred. 

Made to order

All made-to-order products are nonrefundable. Made-to-order merchandise will only be refunded in the unlikely case that the materials can no longer be sourced. This does not include an extension on production time due to materials being on backorder. Sukari Lyema LLC will deem whether or not the back order time is acceptable.
